Payment methods
The following payment methods are available: Multibanco, MB Way and Bank Transfer.
1. Multibanco
An entity, a reference and the order amount will be sent to your e-mail, which you can pay at any ATM (or through Homebanking), by selecting the Payments/Purchase Payments operation.
2. MB Way
Immediately after placing the order, the details for the bank transfer will be sent by email. You must state the order number as the transfer reference. Your order will not be dispatched until the amount has been confirmed in our account.
3. Bank Transfer
Immediately after placing the order, the details for the bank transfer will be sent by email. You must state the order number as the transfer reference. Your order will not be dispatched until the amount has been confirmed in our account.
Shipping methods
Orders are dispatched by CTT registered mail or by carrier (Fema). You can track your items permanently using a code.

Rest of the World – €18
Exchanges and returns
You have 14 days, after receiving your purchase, to exchange or return items purchased online. You must send an email to marketing@fcfamalicao.pt stating your intention to exchange, and the carrier will then schedule the collection. Exchanges or returns can also be made directly at our Official Store.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Items must be in perfect condition, with original labels and delivered with the original purchase invoice.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned items. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Pricing policy
The prices shown include VAT at the legal rate in force. FC Famalicão – Futebol SAD reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. All items are subject to stock availability.
